What to expect during our Physio led Pilates classes?
We offer mat based classes at Delta which means every student has their own mat space in which to perform the exercises the instructor sets. There is a large variety of exercises to use in Pilates but your physio instructor will plan a class appropriate to your needs and ability level. As you progress through the classes and start to notice and feel the positive benefits of Pilates, your instructor will advance the exercises to ensure you get the most out of each session
To aid in these classes different pieces of small equipment maybe be used, these can range from lightly inflated balls to foam rollers and everything in between.
Due to the small class size, students gain individualised attention from the instructor which can be lacking in larger groups. All equipment is provided and classes are held in a friendly and welcoming environment.
