Director of Physiotherapy
Jack is our Director of Physiotherapy, and is trusted by top consultants & professional sports clubs for his extensive knowledge and friendly approach. He is an advanced-level manual physiotherapist, holding a Masters degree in MSK Medicine, and is highly experienced in spinal manipulation, exercise rehabilitation, & joint injections.
He qualified in 2006 from Keele University and, after rotations in the NHS, went into private practice where he has worked exclusively since 2009. He is a Teaching Fellow with the Society of Musculoskeletal Medicine, travelling around the UK teaching MSK Medicine to health care professionals. He has a special and personal interest in cancer rehabilitation, having undertaken specific training with the CanRehab Institute in helping people safely exercise throughout their cancer treatment. He is certified with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), specialising in the treatment and rehabilitation of golfers. He has vast experience in the provision of Event Physiotherapy, providing services for a number of organisations and charities.
Jack is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Oncology & Palliative Care.

Specialist MSK & APPI Pilates Physiotherapist
Lesley is our Specialist MSK/ Pilates Physiotherapist, highly regarded for her manual physiotherapy & pilates skills, as well as her friendly & personable approach to patients. Lesley qualified in 2006, following completion of her Masters degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Teeside, preceded by a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science.
Lesley has worked exclusively in private practice since 2009, and her passion remains the provision of hands-on physiotherapy. She is a qualified APPI Pilates Instructor, with an interest in pre- & post-natal pilates. She also has post-graduate qualifications in Musculoskeletal Medicine and acupuncture.
Lesley is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council, and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
MSK & Exercise Physiotherapist
Vicci is our MSK & Exercise Physiotherapist, with extensive experience in the sports & fitness industry prior to gaining her physiotherapy masters qualification from Bolton University in 2025.
Prior to becoming a Chartered Physiotherapist, Vicci obtained her advanced diploma in sports therapy followed by a degree in sports & exercise science. She complemented these qualifications with further training in massage therapy (including lymphatic drainage), fitness instructing and personal training.
Vicci has a strong passion for all things health & fitness, which is evident in her approach to treating patients and clients alike.
Vicci is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council, and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
MSK & Exercise Physiotherapist

Sports & Massage Therapist
Zoha is our sports and massage therapist, skilled in rehabilitation from sporting injuries and highly regarded for her sports massage technique. She has a real passion for sports and exercise, along with the application of massage therapies. Having spent time in professional sport, including rugby league & cricket, she has a wealth of experience in treating everything from sport injuries to those who just want a good old-fashioned massage.
