Rehab Gym

“Exercise on your own terms, in an environment built by physiotherapists”

Big commercial gyms are busy, noisy, and intimidating for some. Small studio gyms don’t have the kit or the space. Neither is much help if you’re working around an old injury, coming back from surgery, or focusing on improving your strength and balance.

Our rehab gym in Middleton is open access — you come in, you train, you get on with it. What makes it different is where it is and who built it: it’s part of Delta Physiotherapy, kitted out by physiotherapists, with our clinical team on site if you need them. It’s a natural extension of our specialist approach to healthcare.

You get the freedom of your own gym, and the reassurance that expert help is only down the stairs.

How membership works

Come and look round – Theres no hard sell — see the space, ask questions, decide in your own time.

Get set up – Before your first solo session we’ll run through the kit, the layout and how everything works. If you want, we can put a programme together for you first so you walk in with a plan.

Then just exercise, with no contract tie-in – Come and go as you please during opening hours

Expert help when you want it – you’re exercising in a physiotherapy clinic. If something starts hurting, if you want your technique checked, or if you’d like your programme reviewed, our team is right here — just book in. Most members never need it, but it’s good to know we’re here.
