‘First of Many’

Having worked throughout the North West as a physiotherapist, it always felt inevitable that one day I would ply my trade in Bury. I grew up in Bury, went to school & college in Bury, and learnt many important life lessons on nights out in institutions such as the Sir Robert Peel, Ronny’s and the legendary Sol Viva!

When I first became aware that the old Golden Fleece pub on Bell Lane was available to rent as a commercial property, I had no doubt whatsoever that it would make a great physiotherapy clinic. To borrow a phrase, its all about ‘location, location, location.’ Close to the town centre, with on-site parking (and after significant investment) it has everything our patients and clients will need.

I am really proud of what we have achieved with the clinic, and cannot wait to build successful relationships with the local community. We really want to give something back to the town that has given us so much, and we have some fantastic plans in the pipeline so keep an eye out on our social media pages.

This blog will be the first of many, with musings on a whole variety of topics, not just physiotherapy. It may hopefully start some discussions. Other practitioners at the clinic will get in on the act, and often they have more to say than me – believe it or not! It will also be where you can keep up-to-date with news about the clinic, events that we are involved with, competitions/offers we put on, and much more.

Thanks for reading, and thanks for the continuing support. In the meantime, I leave you with this…
